Be Like General - General Bowen Memorial Trail Ride

The “Be like General” foundation will be hosting its annual trail ride Saturday, April 13th. This year marks the 7th annual trail ride. The ride is hosted each year to raise money for the General Bowen memorial scholarship fund. The foundation has been in partnership with Stanton Masonic Lodge since it was founded. Each year the family of brother General Bowen and the Stanton Lodge give out a scholarship to a senior graduate. The memorial ride is held in the Red River Gorge starting and ending at Callie’s Campground. Each year after the ride, an auction is held to help raise the money for the scholarship. The ride is coming up very soon and donations are low this year. We are needing a little help gathering some raffle items for the ride.
