The total number nights your cabins, rooms, and campsites were rented this month. This is a cumulative total of all rentals. If you have 2 cabins/campsites and you rented 1 for 10 nights and the other for 12 nights, your total would be 10 + 12 = 22.

The total nights rented divided by rooms/sites available. (This should auto populate for you if you entered the above values correctly)

Gross Income for Month:(Required)

Gross income for the month from all platforms other than VRBO: The total gross income from the month before sales tax including all service fees, pet fees, cleaning fees, etc.

Gross Income for VRBO Rentals(Required)

Gross income for the month from VRBO (VRBO remits your taxes for you, this number will not change your tax payable to us)

Total Transient Room Tax (3%)(Required)

Multiply the total gross income for month by .03 (3%). (This should auto populate for you if you entered a valid monthly gross income)
