A 3% Overnight Transient Room Tax Return is to be collected by the 20th of the following month.

Fill out the form below to pay your monthly transient taxes by mailed in check or drop off at the Red River Gorge Welcome Center located at the Slade Exit. You may also use this form to submit a $0 tax if no earnings were generated for the month.

The total number of cabins/rooms available multiplied by the days in the month. Enter 0 if none available. (ex. You have 2 cabins/rooms and there are 30 days in the month, you would enter 60 as the value)

The total number of campsites available multiplied by the days in the month. Enter 0 if none available. (ex. You have 2 campsites and there are 31 days in the month, you would enter 62 as the value)

Total nights rented:(Required)

The total number nights your cabins, rooms, and campsites were rented this month. This is a cumulative total of all rentals. If you have 2 cabins/campsites and you rented 1 for 10 nights and the other for 12 nights, your total would be 10 + 12 = 22.

Percentage of occupancy:(Required)

The total nights rented divided by rooms/sites available. (This should auto populate for you if you entered the above values correctly)

Gross Income for Month:(Required)

The total gross income from the month before sales tax

Total Transient Room Tax (3%)(Required)

Multiply the total gross income for month by .03 (3%). (This should auto populate for you if you entered a valid monthly gross income)
