Journey for Freedom 2023

Ultra-marathoner Sim Bates runs 900 miles for 900 girls in 30 days in March to bring awareness to problem of child sex trafficking in India. Overy the last 16 years, Freedom Firm has rescued 900 girls from forced sexual slavery. With every mile Sim runs, each girl is remembered, honored,
acknowledged, applauded, and encouraged. This long,gruelling ultra-marathon highlights the incredibly difficult journey each girl faces on the road to
recovery. 

For 30 days in March, Sim will start at the Stanton Drive-In and end at Ace Hardware. On the last day Sim will end this epic journey at the Stanton City Park. The last 5 K will be open to the public to join and show their support. 

Goal: $100,000 to rescue many more girls from sex-trafficking.
